The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department’s (WASD) Service Center at the South Dade Government Center.  

WASD’s Service Center at the South Dade Government Center is increasing staffing and moving to a larger suite in the same building, in order provide customers better service.  The new office location will offer more customer seating and an open environment where customer interaction will be more personal.  The new office location will also offer the same services, including accepting bill payments; opening, closing or transfer water service; obtaining an extension of time to pay a water bill; applying for concealed leak and/or pool credits; and answering billing questions. 

WASD’s new South Dade Government Center office location opened today, Friday, November 14, 2008.  Office hours will remain the same as previous, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
