Ground-preparation for the installation of oxygen tank

Thousands of cubic yards have been removed and the ground prepared for the installation of an oxygen tank. This is one of the projects at Miami-Dade County's South District Wastewater Treatment Plant that will enable the plant to expand its maximum treatment capacity for wastewater by 60 million gallons per day (MGD), from the current 225 MGD to 285 MGD, and provide for high-level disinfection of wastewater, a pre-cursor to the planned future reclaiming of wastewater treated at the plant.
