If you wish to request a pre-construction meeting with WASD on a project that includes an executed water and/or sewer service agreement, please note you must do so at least 48 hours (two business days) in advance of the time and date you desire.  Also, you must submit the information and items listed below as part of your request to the WASD Field Operations Office at our LeJeune building, 3575 S. LeJeune Road (south of US-1). 

• One (1) set of original fully approved plans with the following stamps and approvals:
  • Original construction permit from the Miami-Dade Public Works Department (PWD)
  • PWD stamp
  • Department of Health stamp (for projects involving water facilities)
  • Fire Department stamp (for projects involving water facilities)
  • Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM) stamp (for projects involving sewer facilities)
• Three (3) sets of shop drawings to include the following:
  • Project name
  • Project address
  • WASD approval numbers
  • Contractor approval
  • Contractor name, contact person and telephone number
