"Pebble Causing the Ripple Effect"
Purpose
The Customer Service Pebble Award recognizes and rewards ALL Miami Dade Water & Sewer Department staff who demonstrate exceptional customer service behaviors. These employees go ‘above and beyond’ by taking the time to ask for customer feedback, find opportunities for improvement, and implement actions to improve the way WASD provides services to both its internal and external customers.
Procedure
Any WASD employee or customer may nominate an employee for recognition. The nomination will be shared with the exceptional employee and he or she will be recognized for their exemplary performance with a “Thank You” card. The employee you identify through this nomination form may also be eligible for a Pebble Award.
