The Transit Service Center is located on the second level of the Government Center Metrorail station, 111 NW 1st St. in downtown Miami. It is open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding holidays.

This center offers the following services:
Purchase and load an EASY Card - Purchase an EASY Card for $2 and add a pass and/or stored value to use transit. Add a 1-Month Pass, a 1-Month Pass with a Metrorail monthly parking permit, a 7-Day Pass, a 1-Day Pass and/or stored value of up to $150. Discount-fare riders who qualify can also purchase an EASY Card and load the card with a Discount 1-Month Pass, a Discount 1-Month Pass with a Metrorail monthly parking permit, a Discount 7-Day Pass, a Discount 1-Day Pass and/or stored value of up to $150.
Obtain and load an EASY Ticket - Load a 7-Day Pass, a 1-Day Pass or add stored value of up to $40.
Obtain an EASY Card for Golden Passport and Patriot Passport users: Residents 65 years and older and Social Security recipients under 65 years of age ride free with the Golden Passport EASY Card. Honorably discharged United States veterans earning $22,000 or less annually ride free with the Patriot Passport EASY Card. You can register for a Golden Passport or Patriot Passport EASY Card, weekdays, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
Register to obtain an EASY Card for discount-fare riders - People with disabilities who qualify, Medicare recipients, preschoolers and local students (grades K-12) can apply to purchase an EASY Card for discount-fare riders. Apply for the card weekdays, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
Bike & Ride Permits - Cyclists can take a single-seat, two-wheeler on extended trips anytime and just about anywhere in Miami-Dade County on many Metrobus routes, Metrorail, and Metromover. You can obtain a Bike & Ride permit at the Transit Service Center between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays; or obtain a permit from security personnel at any Metrorail station.
