The Miami-Dade Transit Rider Alerts system will allow you, our customer, to sign up for alerts about service issues that could affect your transit commute. As a registered user, you have the ability to receive electronic alerts whenever Metrorail or Metromover service interruptions occur, when the Train Tracker system is unavailable, as well as updates regarding Special Transportation Service (STS).  

You can receive these * free alerts on your cell phone, text pager, Blackberry device and/or e-mail address.
