| The EASY Card and EASY Ticket are sold at all Metrorail stations and at more than 90 sales outlets throughout Miami-Dade County. Check available outlets for the nearest location. Always call before visiting a sales outlet to verify that passes are still available for sale. EASY Cards also can be purchased online.
Also buy an EASY Card or EASY Ticket at the Transit Service Center located on the second level of the Government Center Metrorail station, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m., excluding holidays.
Discount-Fare EASY Card
The discount-fare EASY Card is available to any Medicare recipient (must show Medicare card at time of purchase), qualified people with disabilities, and Miami-Dade youth in grades K-12. The discount-fare EASY Card must be loaded with value before it is used. It can be loaded with up to $150 in stored monetary value for half-fare rides on Metrobus and Metrorail, or with a 1-Month, 7-Day or 1-Day pass (for $50, $13 and $2.50, respectively).
Individuals 65 years of age and older and Social Security beneficiaries, who are Miami-Dade residents, qualify for the Golden Passport and may buy a $10 parking permit to park at Metrorail stations. The parking permit is available at the Transit Service Center in Government Center Metrorail station, second level, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding holidays.

College/Adult Education Discount Program
Cost: $50
College, university, and vocational/technical-school students can buy an EASY Ticket loaded with a 1-Month Pass for $50 only at participating schools. Lost, Stolen or Damaged EASY Cards
Register your EASY Card for balance protection online or by calling 311, or by visiting the Transit Service Center at the Government Center Metrorail station, second level. If your registered EASY Card is lost or stolen, report it by calling 311. Your card will be cancelled and the balance transferred to a new EASY Card. You pay only a $2 replacement fee. A damaged EASY Card can also be exchanged for $2 at the Transit Service Center at the Government Center Metrorail station, second level.There is a $10 fee to replace a lost or stolen Golden Passport or Patriot Passport EASY Card. This fee can be waived if the original police report listing the Golden Passport or Patriot Passport is presented.
