8 ½ story, 596-space parking garage, including 4,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space. Remainder of site to be future Phase II office building.
Tenant: St. Agnes Rainbow Village Development Corporation Inc., a not-for-profit Florida corporation.
Subtenant: Overtown Partnership Limited
Assignee: NGP Overtown I, LLC
How Initiated: Following a non-responsive RFP process, Saint Agnes Rainbow Village, Ltd., a not-for-profit agency, submitted an unsolicited proposal on March 10, 2000.
Status: Groundbreaking, May 2004; 18-month construction began May 2004; to be completed December 2005 and occupied November/December 2006.
Financial: MDT receives guaranteed annual rent plus 2% of gross revenues; 90-year lease.
