Miami-Dade Transit Is Open for Business!
Interest in developing transit properties continues to accelerate in Miami-Dade County. More and more, developers recognize the value of Metrorail stations, major Metrobus terminals, and commuter Park & Ride lots as viable access points to focus on urban density, growth, and activity. Miami-Dade Transit is currently negotiating a variety of bus and rail joint development projects, ranging from mixed-use retail/office and market residential to affordable housing and entertainment centers.
