    Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) - Earlington Heights Connector

    Right-of-Way

    • Right-of-way (ROW) acquisition process has been completed. The last parcel was acquired on March 20, 2009. There are a total of 37 parcels (including a portion of SR 112).
      • Twelve (12) parcels are owned by the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX) and are available for joint use by both MDX and MDT.
      • Three (3) parcels are owned by governmental agencies.
