Camp Owaissa Bauer is a camping facility on 110 acres of South Florida's natural hardwood hammock and Rockland pine forest located north of Homestead, Florida. The camp is a delightful natural place for day or overnight camping, conferences, retreats or reunions. The camp can accommodate 150 overnight campers in dormitory-style cabins, and separate staff quarters.
Various camp activities that can be arranged in advance include Eco-Adventures Camps and tours, bird and butterfly viewing, campfires, hayrides and pool rentals.
Whether you’re looking to host a campout for your church, organization, club, park or school field trip, family reunion, corporate retreat or company picnic, Camp Owaissa Bauer can be the place to "get away". Advanced reservations are required.
