The Miami-Dade County Park and Recreation Department seeks land for various future parks. Interested parties are invited to submit suitable properties for consideration. Sites submitted must meet the following requirements.
Sites: The site(s) must be vacant, from +/-5 acres to +/-20 acres, preferably with residential zoning. The site(s) should have good accessibility, nearby utilities, environmentally clean and easily developable. Park areas the Department is considering are described below.

Located in the central portion of Miami-Dade County
- Park Area #3B

Located in the south-central portion of Miami-Dade County
- Park Area #5A

Located in the central portion of Miami-Dade County
- Park Area #5B

Located in the northwest portion of Miami-Dade County
- Park Area #5C

Located in the northwest portion of Miami-Dade County
- Park Area #6C

Located in the west portion of Miami-Dade County
- Park Area #6D

Located in the southwest portion of Miami-Dade County
- Park Area #6E

Located in the southwest portion of Miami Dade County
- Park Area #7

Located in the southeast portion of Miami-Dade County
- Park Area #8

Located in the southwest portion of Miami-Dade County
Responses: Solicitation responses must include folio # for single parcel or larger parent tract, proof of ownership, asking price, and a general description of the site including size, existing structures/vegetation or other features, access roads, utilities (if any) and zoning. An aerial photograph and/or site location map must be submitted for clarification of the location. Additional information to facilitate evaluation of the site (survey, title report, environmental report, soil tests, and appraisals) is desired but not required.

Note: Miami-Dade County does not pay commissions or finder’s fees. Properties must be offered by the owner, or any agent of the owner (Seller’s Agent) specifically retained to represent the owner in the owner’s response to this advertisement. An affidavit or other notarized documentation demonstrating such relationship should be enclosed with package.
