When closing on a property, the buyer must be given a disclosure of ad valorem taxes.

If the current year's taxes are not yet available, you can obtain an estimate of taxes by visiting the tax estimator online.

The Tax Collector mails the tax bills in November. See the actual amount by visiting the Tax Collector website.
