The Property Appraiser is the county officer charged with determining the value of all property within the county for tax purposes, with maintaining certain records connected therewith, with granting exemptions, and with satisfying all related statutory requirements.  Our mission is to deliver excellent public service and address our community's needs to enhance our quality of life.

To help fulfill this mission, the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's office began this website on September 17, 2000.  Through our "electronic office," you are able to conveniently find the information you need at no cost to you.

The Property Search function allows access to public information recorded on the tax rolls of Miami-Dade County.
