Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Alvarez joined Miami-Dade County Commission Vice-Chairman Jose "Pepe" Diaz and Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD) Director Robert Parker on Jan. 21, 2009 to announce the launch of the Ashley Nicole Valdes Public Safety Alerts program.

    • Child abductions.

No personal information such as name, address or Social Security number is required; just a cell phone number, text pager number and/or e-mail address.

    Stay informed and register today!
