    DAE Regional Staging Areas

Employees assigned to the DAE Regional Staging areas will serve as a pool of employees to be deployed when personnel needs arise during the post-recovery effort. DAEs from the Regional Staging Areas (RSA) may be utilized to augment personnel at established assignments or may be tasked to perform any number of other duties such as warehouse management, volunteer reception staffing, damage assessment, etc. Regional Staging Areas is the default assignment for all DAEs; therefore, anyone not assigned to another work area will be assigned to the Regional Staging Areas.  RSA sites may be activated within 24-72 hours after a disaster.
