    If you were an owner of a residential property in Miami-Dade County and entered into a Section 8 lease with a low-income tenant and also a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contract with the Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency from April 29, 2000 to the present, please download the following Legal Notices. These notices, regarding settlement funds you may be entitled to,  are available in English, Spanish and Creole. If you have any questions please read the Frequently Asked Questions and/or contact the Settlement Administrator at 1-800-725-7013 for further information.
