These pages contain information on those programs and how clients and housing providers can either access services or help meet our community's growing housing needs.

    2010 Census needs your help

    2010 Census LogoThe U.S. Census Bureau is now following up with various households that have yet to respond. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is encouraging building managers and tenants receiving federal housing assistance to cooperate. Participation is important as Census results will directly impact future funding for your community, it's mandatory.

    Section 8 landlords legal notice

    If you were an owner of a residential property in Miami-Dade County and entered into a Section 8 lease with a low-income tenant and also a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contract with the Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency from April 29, 2000 to the present, you may be entitled to funds from a Settlement Agreement from RGN Properties, Inc. and Miami-Dade County.

    Manage your information online with Partner Portal

    Partner Portal logoSign up for Partner Portal, a great tool for Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) landlords to manage their information with Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency (MDPHA) online! As a registered landlord you will be able to review your profile, find out about your upcoming recertifications, status of inspections and reinspections, and your HAP payments by resident, just to mention a few of the features.

    Help for healthcare prescriptions

    The Florida Discount Drug Card Program is designed to lower the cost of prescriptions for Florida residents who have no drug insurance coverage. You may qualify if you are age 60 and older or if you are under age 60 with a total family income under 300 percent of the federal poverty level.     Online rent payments

    E-rent logoPay your rent in a matter of minutes by just providing your client number, unit number and credit or debit card information. This rent payment method is safe, quick and convenient. If you experience any problems with your payment please email mdphaerent@miamidade.gov.
