Applications are now available for Multifamily Rental Housing Revenue Bond Financing – 2009 Edition


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- Applications will be available for the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County Multifamily Rental Housing Revenue Bond Financing for the first round of funding for the 2009 bond allocation on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. 

A copy of the application may be downloaded from the Authority web site at www.miamidade.gov/hfa, or a package can be obtained by visiting or calling the offices of the Authority during normal business hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at (305) 594-2518. 

Applications must be completed and submitted to the Housing Finance Authority at 7300 NW 19 Street, Suite 501, Miami, Florida 33126 no later than 5:00 pm, Monday, September 8, 2008.
