    Sanitary Sewer Collection and Transmission Utilities Program (DWO-U)

    This program regulates the operations and maintenance of public sanitary sewer systems (gravity mains, pumping stations, and force mains) managed by municipal utilities in Miami-Dade County and keeps the necessary records to determine sewer capacity and moratorium requirements.
