    Municipal Plan Review & Allocation Program

    This program assures compliance of construction plans and occupational licenses with the Miami-Dade County Environmental Code requirements. It also certifies capacity in the collection/transmission, and treatment sanitary sewer systems in accordance with the Miami-Dade County Code.
