    Marine Facilities Operating Permits Program

    This program issues annual operating permits for all commercial boat docking facilities, all water front boat storage facilities with 10 or more dry storage spaces, and all recreational boat docking facilities with a total of 10 or more boat slips, moorings, davit spaces, and vessel tie up spaces.
